Zana is the owner of the most popular mail company across the country; FlywingEP (Ep short for ExPress). In my worldbuilding, there are no phones or digital devices that the average individual can use to communicate with their peers (it doesn't exist for public use yet and it's very expensive and only the government/wealthy people can use them) so people resort to mail services to deliver messages and packages.

She is a character clouded in mystery because she has never made a single official public appearance. Zana loves anonymity, the people who knows what she looks like could be counted on the fingers of a hand, even her name might not be the real deal...

It also seems like she's trying to erase her past since those who tried to discover any hints related to her identity found absolutely nothing (some even disappeared without leaving a trace...). She often resort to sending representatives to meetings and public declarations instead of showing by herself.

Of course this obsession with anonymity created some conspirations amongst some, why would anyone try to stay so hidden and removed from society, it's considered really strange since she is just the owner of a mail company, not some intelligence agency or anything like that..

Zana's company also doesn't really have any real competitors (other mail companies exist but they aren't as powerful and efficient as FlywingEP), so most people stick with hers.

Zana is not an ethical woman, morals aren't a priority to her, she has close partnerships with many illicit organizations (unbeknown to the population), and has done many scummy things (and will keep on doing more). Her main goal is to get richer and to get more people to use her services, not to be "ethical" or "good".
